我叫高燕红，是2008年自主的。十年时间经历地方职场上的风风雨雨，一路走来，感觉我们自主人想在地方上立足，创建自己的一番事业，非常关键的一点就是你的格局，格局，就是胸襟，胆识，眼光等等，决定格局最重要的是视野。我们在部队看到的只是我们这个单位的这些人，这些事，到了地方，看到的是整个社会，就相当于在二层看的是眼前的街景，而在二十层看到却是满城的风景。</font></div><div><font 我叫谢卓奇，我爸爸谢京辉也是您们当中光荣的一员。记得那年我才上小学三年级，一天晚上爸爸突然跟我和妈妈说，要离开部队到地方工作了。我还小，也不懂其中的利害关系，只是隐隐觉得爸爸不是很开心。后来很长的一段时间后，他才又开始上班工作。我惊喜地发现，跟在部队不同的是爸爸出差、加班的时间少了，陪伴我和妈妈的时间更多啦！他平时送我上课，接我放学；周末带我去公园、剧院、博物馆；假期我们一家人就出去旅游，从日月潭到阿尔山，从泸沽湖到刘公岛，从埃菲尔铁塔到克林姆林宫，从巴厘岛到贝加尔湖……到处都留下我们一家人幸福快乐的身影。</font></div><div><font
