真正的游戏场是鲜活的,最能体现孩子们的智慧和性格的有生命的场地。因此我们的幼儿园在规划幼儿游戏环境时,要充分利用幼儿园每一处空间,因地制宜,变景观式观赏性为实用性游戏性,根据幼儿年龄特点建设有多种功能又相对独立的多个户外游戏区,如大班的大沙水池、玩石区、欢乐运动场、户外建构、野战区;中班的农家乐、建构、沙地、玩泥坊;小班的建构、玩沙、涂鸦等。充分投放低结构、可组合、可创造利用的材料工具,进一步完善孩子收纳材料的材料工具箱。充分设计地形,利用沟壑、山坡、草坪、秋千、木屋、绳网、麻袋、麻绳、木桩、木条、木箱、竹梯......丰富的低结构或无结构材料和超自然的游戏环境将会带给孩子们无限的游戏体验。

安吉的教师在游戏中确实做到了“放开手”。但我们的教师顾虑、包办得太多,对儿童“冒险”的好奇心和行为总是担心和顾虑,害怕儿童发生安全问题,从而在一定的程度上阻碍了儿童自主性的发展。与安吉幼儿教育研究中心成为合作工作站后,我们将成为安吉游戏实验园,加强教师的培训,加深教师对游戏的理解,转变教师的观念和行为就迫在眉睫,如:在游戏中抓住有价值和意义的内容展开主题活动、最大化的发挥材料对儿童发展的作用等等,利用游戏促进儿童的发展。
