<h3>模块一 团队建设 破冰游戏 解码大赛</h3> <h3>解码大赛准备中</h3> <h3>时刻准备着</h3> <h3> 小结：5月21日第一模块（团队建设），专题名称（破冰活动），授课老师~胡雄伟。</h3><div> 关键词：团队建设 解码游戏 体验</div><div> 省培第一天上午，老师们想到的第一模块，就是教会我们如何建设一个良好的团队。胡教练以破冰游戏，解码大赛（借助扑克牌）作为我们此次活动的体验。我们组在这过程中深刻体会以下五点：</div><div>一、拥护组长，分工合作</div><div>一个新组成的组，还不叫团队，首先取名~dream 。确定口号 ~dream dream dream is possible. 接新任务，解码大挑战。以组长为核心，各抒己见，了解情况，做好笔记，分工合作：组长~小雁第一个确定解码方向 组员~丽婵负责画好解码图 副组长~卢云负责登记解码数字等。</div><div>二、快速奔跑，传递信息</div><div> 团队精神，重在人人，一人出错，则步步错，而满盘皆输。所以，我们每个队员必须集中精神，在快速奔跑的同时，揭开数字牌的那一刻，必须记住数码，快速归队，反馈，传递最准确的信息。 </div><div>三、明确目标 省时省力</div><div> 每一个完美的项目，讲究的就是优质量，高效率。为了达到这一水平，我们队员每次出发破冰解码游戏前，都必须快速阅读我们的解码图，副组长提醒，明确自己要找的数码，做到快准完成任务。</div><div>四、解码招数 思维碰撞</div><div> 每一次的解码大赛，一开始我们团队都是看似最糟，实际我们是打好基础，摸清底细，识别每个数字，记住它们的位置，到最后以精准解码图，一一攻破。思~碰~破，三招解决。</div><div>五、合作团队 获取胜利</div><div> 破冰游戏，解码大赛，dream 的团队，获得三连冠。</div><div>小结 ：</div><div> 一个人的力量是有限的，只有众人的力量凝聚在一起，才可以获取更大的顺利。团结合作，解百难；团队齐心，攻破石。</div> <h3>介绍英语戏剧老师</h3> <h3>模块二 第一天上午 英语戏剧概念</h3> <h3>Christian and Adam</h3> <h3>We are team two.</h3> <h3>下午Process drama game: Splat</h3> <h3>huntman</h3> <h3>模块二 第二天早上Inprovisation and artist</h3> <h3>We are happy.</h3> <h3>I am an inprovisation, is it fun？</h3> <h3>Next gamme ready.</h3> <h3>look and do. one by one.</h3> <h3>We are designing.</h3> <h3>Give them an action.</h3> <h3><font color="#010101">下午。 Performance drama.</font></h3> <h3>Try best.</h3> <h3>We act out the three pigs and the little red.</h3> <h3>I am the pig one.</h3> <h3>模块②学习的第三天，学员们不减学习热情，在Christian 和Adam老师的带领下，学习戏剧音乐。在戏剧表演中，音乐不仅能够传达人物情感，而且能够推动情节发展，是提高戏剧表演艺术张力的核心要素，在戏剧表演中扮演至关重要的角色。</h3> <h3>mime , song and chant (they are usefull)</h3> <h3>同学们齐聚一堂认真地听、开心的学、乐在其中。</h3> <h3>Get ready next part about inprovisation.</h3> May 23 1.Design the action to introduce the main of the story.（动作表演故事的重点）<h3></h3> <h3>Make a different action.</h3> <h3>Design the action to introduce the main of the story.简单的动作摆设，饰演故事重点。看似用言语都无法表达清楚的故事情节，居然在老师的指导下，我们轻松的用动作给解决了。让我们深刻的体会到：less is more.</h3> <h3>a wolf</h3> <h3> An improvisation about a conflict.（一个关于冲突的即兴表演。</h3> <h3>scaf</h3> <h3>go to school</h3> <h3>What about this?</h3> <h3> An improvisation about a conflict.（一个关于冲突的即兴表演）在仅有短短的20分钟，同伴们由自制矛盾，自编自演，自己解决，到上台展示。这是一个多么神奇的蜕变。</h3> <h3>5月24日 Adam 老师</h3> <h3>5月24日上午 活力四射的Adam 老师带领我们class 1的老师们进入英语舞蹈戏剧课堂。几个简单而充满洒脱的舞蹈动作把“I am beautiful. Nomatter what they say . Words won't bring me down.”表演得淋漓尽致。同时还让我们深刻体会到：We just need confidence（自信）. Smile doesn't have national boundaries. Before the drama class, I almost fotgot how to laugh.But ,in these day , all of us were so happy. We enjoy it. We love it and get it-" less is more". "Nothing is wrong." And how to get more confidence.Thanks to the two amazing menChristian and Adam.短短的五天时间，看着一群从一无所知到能自编上台表演的教师们，这是多么神奇的蜕变。感谢两位老师（Christian and Adam）给我们带来的drama class。我们相信，在今后的英语课堂里会好好利用这一法宝，发展我们的英语教育事业,让我们这群小英人飞得更高更远。（What a wonderful week learning.）</h3>
